Plantronics Opens New Office in the Netherlands
US-based global audio communications firm opens in Hoofddorp innovation park
Santa Cruz, California-based global audio communications company Plantronics has relocated to Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. Plantronics’ new office is purpose-built at Park 20|20, an innovative business park southeast of Amsterdam, built for the circular economy. The company’s office design takes advantage of acoustic expertise, state-of-the-art technology and design influenced by the natural world to increase employee collaboration and productivity and minimise distraction.
Smarter working with a competitive advantage
Plantronics has spent more than 50 years working to address workplace challenges such as noise and distraction. The office in Hoofddorp embodies Plantronics’ vision of “Smarter Working” through innovation that strategises people, places and technology.

Plantronics worked with American architecture firms William McDonough + Partners, and Gensler to create its custom space at Park 20|20. The building is eco-friendly, utilising recyclable materials, solar panels and solar cells to conserve natural resources, and set to receive an ‘Excellent’ level BREEAM rating.
